Information

The fixture is carefully designed to make the system simple and easy to use.  The EUS-1000 package includes one electronic controller (EU-1000), one mechanical cam box (CB-1000), four camshafts with different lifts, which are all designed as constant velocities due to our expertise, and specified EUI/EUP adapter kits to test all EUIs and EUPs. The cam box is designed to be driven by a standard high pressure fuel injection pump test bench.

 

Design Features

Four camshafts with four levels of lift and constant cam velocity

Adapters for most EUIs/EUPs on the market, including Bosch, Delphi, DDC, CAT, Cummins, Mercedes Benz, Volvo.....

Cambox mounting height 125mm (from the center of camshaft to bench mounting platform)

1  A speed sensor installed on the cam box for injection synchronization

2  Feed back controlled and modulated driving current signal to ensure proper fuel injection  

    of EUI/EUP, regardless of its solenoid characteristics

3  User adjustable start of injection (SOI) angle and pulse width of solenoid driving signal

4  Short circuit protection for the output circuitry of the solenoid driving signal
